When is the compatibility problem going to be fixed? Was using the computer to sync, but that's not working anymore either.

Hello @pfjones31.

Not exactly, no. The Moto Z2 has never been on the supported devices list, this means that we cannot guarantee that the app will work correctly 100% of the time because optimization for the model has not been done. There is a possibility that it can work, but we are not able to guarantee it will do so.

In addition to that, other users of phones that aren't on the list have mentioned that following the steps I shared above has helped them, so maybe you could give it a chance and see how it goes.

Hope this clarifies what I said! Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

Welcome to the Forums @pfjones31!

At this moment we do not have any news or updates regarding when can you expect the Moto Z2 Play to be added to supported devices list. Do know that our team is aware of the multiple requests to add more devices to the list.

As long as the phone fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a chance that they will work correctly however we cannot guarantee it. Having said that, some users have mentioned that following these steps has helped them get their phones not on the list to sync and work correctly. Those can also help you out to get it to sync with your computer.

Let me know if you have any further questions or if you continue experiencing issues with your computer.
