My Motorola Droid 4 is not supported.  Disappointing !

Hello there, @EdwardWJones! Welcome to the Forums! Cat Tongue I'm sorry to hear that your phone is not supported yet. Keep in mind that this doesn't mean that it will not work at all, but it just means that is not officially compatible and has not been tested by our engineers, so you can give a try. Some features might work normally. 

 

And also remember that you can always use any other compatible device or computer to sync with. Please give a try to this troubleshooting steps and let me know how it goes!
