Will Moto g7 (or Moto g series in general) be a supported device? If so, is there any timeline?
What is preventing it from being supported now? It worked previously, but app updates caused text/phone notifications to stop working.

Hi @ajh_oh, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for your post. Let me share with you that we are constantly working and testing different mobile devices to make sure that they work as intended with our products and services. As it turns out, at this moment I'm unable to let you know when or if the Motorola G series will be added to our list of compatible devices, however, my best advice for you will be to constantly check our list of compatible devices for any update.
If you're experiencing difficulties with the notifications feature, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Hi there,
I'm also experiencing the same difficulties, and I have ran through all the troubleshooting and guides but my notifications will not show up. I have a fitbit Inspire 2, and I also use a Motorola g7. This feature was advertised on the box, and as far as your website is concerned, my device is compatible. I'm not a person to waste money on something that doesn't even do its job. Can you please fix this bug, asap
Sincerely
Iowdolly
