I am getting my son a charge for his birthday, but he doesn't have a smart phone. Can I add another user on my phone...set up a new account but use the same device to access?
Similar issue, son age 9 and I both have flexes.I'm tracking both on my phone....literature reads you can't track two of the same devices on one ACCOUNT. Mine is set to track on my email account. His flex is tracking to his email account on my phone.....solution is to create an email account for your child...associate your child's tracker to that email.
