Hi all!
I have 2 trackers (Surge and Flex 2) and they both sync to my Android phone and they appear to be syncing up fine. When I look at the dashboard (old or new) for live data, it seems that the Flex 2 always takes priority and the Surge is in the background. So it's annoying that I can't see my live heartrate on the app because it keeps the Flex 2 in the foreground.
How can I switch the live data on the dashboard to the Surge? I've tried keeping the flex 2 stashed away while I keep the surge on but it still doesn't bring the Surge to the foreground. I've also noticed that the live step data takes a while to sync up.
Thanks.

Hey, @JonOnTheLam! Welcome aboard. Like you said If your account has multiple trackers and you forget to take one off before putting on another, rest assured we’ll reconcile the overlapping data to present the most accurate information possible on your dashboard. For example, if one of your trackers is using GPS and another is not, your dashboard chooses the GPS data when calculating total distance since GPS provides a more accurate distance measurement than step counting alone. However, the more overlapping data that exists on your account, the more likely it is that your dashboard's accuracy will suffer.
For best results, I recommned either you create a separate account for both trackers, or that you leave the tracker out of your phone's bluethoot range so that you just sync one at a time.
Let me know how it goes! :}

Thanks for the suggestion. I have not actually worn both trackers at the same time and always make sure that I am only wearing one of them after I have synced them up. My questions is more on how do I show the live data in the dashboard for the particular tracker that I am wearing? Even if I have my Surge on, it shows the Flex 2's live data.
I also have a ticket with support, but it doesn't seem like there is an easy way to switch between trackers to show the live data on the app. I do like that the data from both gets reconciled, but it's a little silly that I can't tell the app which tracker I am wearing other than by keeping one of them out of range. This would work if I leave one at home while I go workout somewhere else, but if they are both at home, the bluetooth range seems strong enough that it would pick both trackers up. And since the Flex 2 always takes priority, I can only see live data from the Flex 2.
There really should be a way to switch the live data between trackers if they are both connected.

Hey, @JonOnTheLam! Thanks for getting back to me. At the moment there is no option to set a primary tracker, however you'll see a “Live” data changing your step count in the Fitbit app while you walk. In the Fitbit apps for iOS and Android, you’ll see live data for the tracker that is closest to your mobile device. For this reason, it’s best to keep the tracker you’re not using at least 10 feet away to avoid frequent “switching” of the live data.
Let me know if you have more questions. :}
