Hi
I just bought the fitbit versa. Actually this is my second because I returned my first one because I thought it was defective, it had this same issue. My fitbit can receive text messages and reply, see incoming calls. In my phone's bluetooth settings, I can see the Versa as paired BUT when I try to use the music control feature by holding the left button, it says to "connect phone...pair your phone with Bluetooth Classic in settings app."
Please help!
I have already factory reset my first versa and unpaired it from my phone and retried the whole setup process but it still didn't work. So I returned it thinking it was defective but now my second one is having the same issue.

Hi, @Aileenbz! There are two different types of Bluetooth on your Versa. It uses Bluetooth LE to sync and Bluetooth Classic to control music. Have you walked through the setup steps to control the music? I'm guessing you either haven't paired Bluetooth Classic or it isn't turned on in your tracker's settings.
