Having such a hard time with syncing my fitbit back to my phone. My fitbit was dead since Feb. Found my charger and plugged in too charge, but will no longer sync to my phone. I have tried all the steps restarting, force stop the app, uninstall reinstall, sync through computer, try another device. Turn off phone restart phone. Someone please help!!!

Is the phone supported?

Check here

https://www.fitbit.com/devices

 

For the computer you might want to download another version of fitbit connect.

Also make sure the dongle is plugged in to a USB Port
