It seems like non of the apps in My Apps are working. I have not added any apps so they are just the defaults. The same behaviour happens when I launch the Clock Faces activity and select a face -> white splash screen with a spinner that loves to spin and spin and spin.

Hi EJBM, sorry but I have to disagree. I have 2 homes. Both have computers with Win 10. I also have 2 Fitbits, one at each house, the first Fitbit gave me no trouble with clocks or apps, but that was months ago. Very recently, I set up the new Fitbit at the second house and that is when the trouble with the clocks began. Fitbit had to do something in between that time period

I place the blame squarely on Fitbit. Their apps should have been tested across all platforms.

Update: 08/03/20
Okay, I've been continuing to use my Ionic. The heart rate monitor never really worked right, but I was able to live with it because everything else worked; it kept step count, stair count, and both the GPS and music part worked when I went out on walks. I used my Charge 2 to keep track of my heart rate when I wasn't out on walks. Then, as reported, my clock face stopped working, and I nearly chucked my Ionic. But I continued to use it even though the display sucked, for all of the above reasons.
Well, today, as I was syncing up the Ionic to head out on my morning walk, an update appeared. My Ionic finally updated to the 27.70.7.14 update. I have the clock face I used to use. We'll see how things go, but it does appear that my Ionic is back to where it was before the Clock Face issue.

I am getting rid of my Charge 3. I won't even give it away to someone. It is garbage. Your support has been horrendous, the tracking with GPS is not accurate, and I just lost 79kms of a 257km ride for no discernible reason. If asked I will 100% discourage people from buying your products.

It sounds like they really have no idea how to fix this issue, for God sakes fitbit fix your crap. You charge people upwards of 200$ for your stuff and can't even properly program your app? If I had any other decently priced option for android I'd take it in a heartbeat over this garbage. Don't know if this has to do with supported devices but it's a little ridiculous this issue has been a problem for months and yet no solution from the devs or anything other than reset, reset and more reset. Stop reading a freaking script and fix the issue.
