I am hoping someone can help me. I recently switched my phone from Samsung to Asus ZenFone 3 and have had nothing but PROBLEMS using the app since. I even got an upgraded Flex 2 for Christmas thinking my Flex was dying of old age. But reading the forum, I found that the app is not compatible with Asus. Is there any other way to sync my device? It's kind of a waste if I can't view my stats.

Hi there @Soccerkat1701, let me give you a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community! Indeed, the Asus ZenFone 3 is a brand that is not listed as compatible, this mean the app has not being tested or optimized to support the features and the functionality of the tracker.
It would not hurt to try the suggestions from the following post: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this). If that does not work, I suggest setting up and syncing via a device listed as supported or using a computer. Our team is always working to test and add more Android devices to the supported devices list, so keep an eye open for updates!
