Morning. I recently purchased charge 2 and I can't get it to connect to my phone. Samsung Grand Neo 11. I downloaded the app more than twice n when I try to connect on add device it asks me to update the app.
I made sure I download the app according to my phone
, I also checked and find my phone on the list.
Please help.

Try this
1) Restart your device

In your smartphone, with your Bluetooth turned off,
1) Go to your Setting >Application Manager > Fitbit App
2) Clear Cache and Clear Data and Uninstall
3) Reinstall the app, and allow the app to turn on your smartphone's Bluetooth when prompted
In your fitbit app, go to your device, and:
1) Turn ON All-Day Sync
2) Turn OFF Always Connected phone support
