For some unknown reason my Charge 2 now will not sync with my smart phone (Samsung Active 7) nor with my PC (using the dongle I borrowed from my husband... I to had no idea it did not have one).
I have unpaired and repaired it a few times. Have restarted my cell phone and it still does not sync! Has anyone else experienced this? If so, what did you have to do in order to have it sync again?

Having tried restarting your phone without any luck I would try restarting your fitbit using this procedure:
https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/
Give it a few tries though as it doesn't always work
