I’m not sure whether I have updated to that, I turned phone off while charging it last night and restarted the charge 2 this morning. Tried to add the device in the Smart Lock option of the settings. Initially when I tried to add the device it came up with a message saying “it couldn’t add it - make sure the device was near enough to the phone”. It was right next to it, which was sooo frustrating. Eventually it found it. I then tried to sync and after quite a few attempts it did it! I have received a couple of notifications on the charge 2 but only if I have the phone on me. I know other people that have received notifications when the phone isn’t even in the same room. Maybe it because it’s an old phone, I don’t know. Good luck with it.
