Lately mine has a better chance of syncing through all day then auto?
What Fitbit and what phone?? Is it on the devices list.?
Have you looked at fitbits interactive, searchable Help docs?
Any error messages?
Location services are on?
Restarted the tracker?
Restarted the tracker?
Tried both cell and wifi?
Cleared fitbits App cache?
Removed the tracker from the phones Bluetooth, not the app?
One of the above steps should work, then next time start with that step.
