Hi Everyone

I accidentally unpaired my fitbit surge from my samsung s6 and now it won't pair anymore

I tried several times to restart the fitness tracer but my phone can't find the bluetooth signal from my surge.
I also reinstall the fitbit app but no results

whenever i restart my fitbit , the fitbit icon appears but after 1-1.5h it go back to normal and with a different time

What should i do to pair it aagain with my phone??
thank you

Welcome to the Community @Dr_Eam79! Smiley LOL A friend of mine used to have the same issue, so, let me know if you are running the latest version of the Fitbit app and if you don't know, let me give you some tips to set up your Surge one more time:

1. Open the Fitbit App and log out
2. Turn off the Bluetooth and also your cellphone
3. Restart one more time your tracker
4. Turn On your cellphone and also the Bluetooth
5. Log back into your Fitbit app and try the update (Android - iOS).

6. Finally, Set up your tracker as a new Fitbit device.
