Your site and instructions are horrible. You need to have more detailed instructions that are easy to follow for your customers. I have been trying to get the Fitbit app and the Weight Watchers app synced for 2 days now. Your website shows which apps are compatible; but no instructions on how to sync them. Please fix this lack of simple basic step by step instruction for those of us who are not savvy about Fitbit. If I was to rate your app, your website and the Fitbit I would have to give it a 1 and my rating for understandable step by step directions/instructions for the app -2, step directions/instructions for the website -5, and step directions/instructions that came with the Fitbit -20.
