Hello @Tracey83

The updates tend to rollout slowly in waves. Keep checking the app store for the Fitbit update and install it when it's available to you.

The update just arrived on my Fitbit but hasn't resolved the issue for
me.

I now have version 214.24 Is that what I am meant to have?

@Tracey83, Thanks for getting back to us.

You should have the version 4.41 of the Fitbit app available by now. Please let me know if the issue has been resolved.

Thank you for your advise @RiekoC.

@Pat99999, you must have the 4.41 Fitbit app version in order to get the fix.

I updated once but found another update waiting this evening. Seems ok now.

It has not been fixed. For over a month I haven't been able to enter my Tai chi classes into Fitbit. The few times it has seemed to work, it turns out the app has treated it as a "walk"

This is, frankly, infuriating. I never had this problem before this year.

The need to type full name and casing seems resolved on my end.

Hello @theleakypen

Have you installed the update to the Fitbit app, version 4.41? To check, tap on your picture in the upper right of the Today page in the Fitbit app. Tap on Help in the menu that opens. The Help page will show the app version.

If you don't have version 4.41 yet, the updates tend to rollout in waves. Please keep checking the Play Store for the update and install it when it's available to you.

I have the newest version of the app. When I posted a review about the
issue in the Google app store, I got a reply from Google saying that adding
Tai chi as an activity isn't "on the roadmap", despite the fact that just
last year it was an existing activity.
