My Fitbit flex 2 is pairing but not syncing to my android phone
My fitbit flex 2 will bluetooth pair to my samsung galaxy S4 but it wont sync via the app.
I have tried absolutly everything but nothing works. I know its not the fitbit as it connected to a friends apple phone straight away with no problems. So I think it has something to do with my settings but I dont know what.

In this case I recommend that you go through this post containing several troubleshooting steps. While it is posted on the Charge HR board, most steps apply to all of the trackers.
If after going through all of those steps you still cannot get your Flex 2 to sync with your S4, I'd like for you to answer the following questions:
- Are you getting any sort of error message? If so, what does it say?
- Did you first pair the Flex 2 with your friend's device? Did you try to set notifications with that device?
- What Android version is your S4 currently running? You should be able to check this by going into your Phone's settings and going into the 'About Phone' section.
