My fitbit is not syncing with my phone and time is wrong. I have uninstalled the app several times and it's still not working.

Try these steps @Lisalipd and try clearing the fitbit app's cache.
Please do not remove the tracker from your fitbit app yet.

Hi Lisalipd. If you have an Android phone running the latest version of Fitbit 3.48 it's not your Fitbit or phone it's the latest fitbit app software update that's no good. If you read around the forums there are lots of people reporting sync issues and the Time is incorrect plus. You can try un-pairing your fitbit under your Bluetooth settings but you might end up not being able to pair again. It would be nice if Fitbit allowed its users to roll the software back to the previous version but not currently or if they rolled the software back and email all affected to Uninstall the app and reinstall the older version 3.47 for Android. I'm not sure if this affects Apple iphone or iPad. Till then the only thing to do is frequently check to see if there's a new version of the app. I made the mistake of updating without waiting a few weeks and checking the fitbit forums. All of my apps are set to not auto update incase this happens. Hope this helps you and others. Eddie J

I forgot to mention this fitbit app software update seems to affect all series of the Fitbit Versas but doesn't affect my older Fitbit Blaze that I keep charged so I can swap with when my Versa needs charging and issues like this. Again I hope Fitbit/ Google addresses this issue fast.

Nice to see you here, @Lisalipd and @Eddie11755. I appreciate the assistance provided @Rich_Laue.
@Lisalipd If you're still having trouble to get notifications, I recommend you to try the troubleshooting steps from this help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? since you reinstalled the Fitbit account your notifications' settings could be missing.
@Eddie11755 Currently we don't have a report that the new update of the Fitbit app is causing syncing trouble on all the users, but Fitbit will monitor in case that this happens. I appreciate your feedback and comments.
See you around.

My phone is also not syncing AND I get a call notification anywhere from 2 to 6 minutes AFTER I already received the call. I tried all the steps with no luck.
Is this a wait & see if it fixes itself somewhere down the line ?

First we have to get them to believe there is a problem. But my watch hasn't synced since the app updated last.
