My Fitbit won't connect or pair to my phone

My Fitbit wouldn't sync this AM and the app told me to open my phone's Bluetooth settings and delete the Fitbit entry. I did that now my Fitbit isn't paired at all and the app isn't trying to pair it automatically. I can't find any guides for forcing the app to pair. Does anyone know how I can get the app to pair my Fitbit to my phone again? Trying to avoid a factory reset.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue.
