Please test the Samsung Galaxy A6 phone for the fitbit software. My fitbit won't sync or let me add it to my profile because of the type of phone I have. Please fix it. I dont want to have wasted 100 dollars....

Hi @svoge2 your phone is on the list of compatible devices - click to see. Have you made sure you have the latest app for Android?

I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulties to sync to your Samsung Galaxy A6.
Like mentioned by @Odyssey13, your cellphone has been fully tested by our team and it is part of the list of compatible devices. If you haven't done so, please follow the troubleshooting steps on the articles Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? or Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
If the above doesn't help, please let us know if you are getting any error during the process. If possible, you can also attach a screen shot for further investigation.
