My Versa doesn't sync with my Samsung Galaxy A3 2017 anymore

I have a Versa (2018) and a Samsung Galaxy A3 2017 (03/2017)

Thy always synced, but the latest time they don't sync anymore

What can be the problem and what is the eventualy slotion?

Hi, my Samsung A3 2017 worked for more than a year also with my Versa 

But for the last weeks he doesn't find him anymore.

What could be the problem for that?

By the way, the A3 is not in the list

So, are the other phones out of the list not tested or what?
