My fitbit will vibrate I have a message and the senders name but no text....not sure what is wrong...please help

Hello,
I have the same problem with Charge 2 and Alta HR.
This comes from version 3.0 of the application.
I reinstalled version 2.95 and it works. I hope this will be corrected in version 3.1 (wait and see).
