When I put it in the charger it vibrates like crazy and the battery indicator flashes red in the screen is Frozen on the last time it was on I can scroll through and see all the steps and stuff for that time

If there was any moisture inside the fitbit when you put it on to charge then it may have made things worse (water and electricity don't play nice).

 

I would put the fitbit is a sealed bag with dray rice for a day or 2 (the rice draws out the moisture). Then try charging again and if it's not working right try a restart ( https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/ ).

The instructions were in that link. They are:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If your Fitbit Blaze, Fitbit Ionic, or Fitbit Versa doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.
