My daughter just turned 13 and received a pixel watch 2

Hi, my daughter just turned 13, and she wanted a pixel watch for the last year.  This year she got one, but when I try to add fitbit to her pixel 8 Pro it says that her profile isn't permitted to connect to this device.  I have looked all over and cannot find a way to fix this.

Hello @Aggiebryan and welcome to the Community.  Do you use a Family Link?  If so, your daughter needs her own Google account.

She was on the family link, but when you turn 13, it gives the option of becoming an account she manages herself.  It's been changed to her own account, but still only allows to add the 3 kids fitbits.
