My entire heart rate line is yellow

I recently moved from iOS to Android. On the iOS app the heart rate line used to be blue whenever it dropped below 90bpm but now it's entirely yellow even when it's below 60bpm. What is wrong? Here is a screenshot. https://photos.app.goo.gl/N4RXukvVaVzqwup66

Have also been having issues with HR monitor.  It can go from 70 to170 and then 100 in a matter of seconds.
