My fitbit app keeps shutting down when I try to set up my notifications.

Everytime I try to configure my notifications for my fitbit watch on the app, it shuts down. Every. Single. Time. I have the galaxy s6 edge phone and the app will shut down immediatly after I click the notifcations setup button. I have downloaded and deleted the app countless times, I have unpaired it then repaired it, but the difficulty seems to be within the app itself. Please help!

Had a similar issue with my new Blaze, tried everything and in the end the only way I could get the issue fixed was to do a full factory reset on the phone. A pain with all the reinstalling and setting up but at least now is working fine

Has anyone found out how to solve this without a factory reset?

I have the same issue.. Hitting the notifications button just crashes my app every single time. Made multiple threads on this, got a lot of suggestions but nothing worked. So factory reset? As in having to reinstall every single thing on my phone? ZZZZ
