Hi, @Lmgd! That's really frustrating. I would try a couple of things. First, try restarting your tracker several times in a row. Sometimes it takes a few gos for it to actually catch on. Second, have you tried cleaning the charging contacts on both the cable and your tracker?

Still nothing happening. I already cleaned the charging points on both my fitbit and my charger.
