I am unable to setup my versa on my note 8 after resetting my versa watch. My phone can't connect with my versa. Please kindly assist to get me have my versa setup with my note 8. I have the application running on my note 8, but can't connect on bluetooth. I keep being asked to turn on my bluetooth on the versa device.

The last time this happened to me I removed Fitbits permission to access Bluetooth. The next time I opened the app iIwas requested to allow Fitbit access to bluetooth. This worked for me.
