I've tried everything from restarting my phone to turning bluetooth off and on again.

 

It says there is a problem with bluetooth but I can't see what the problem is....  please help

I'm having the same problem. Was working fine then changed my sim card now not picking up!!

My husband is having this problem with his surge. The message about Bluetooth problems comes up all the time. But you can't select restart Bluetooth because it instantly says you're timed out. Bluetooth wouldn't even have had a chance to shut down let alone restart. He is having to synch to a kindle instead of his phone. This also means he can't get his messages from his phone.
