I ve tried to synch the two apps but for some reason it never works.

Hi, @GanaelleSL! I would suggest going into your settings on the Fitbit web dashboard (https://www.fitbit.com/user/profile/apps), disconnecting the two, and then reconnecting. That usually kickstarts the syncing.
