My fitnit nlaze says it is fully charged on my phone but on the fitbit it says it is dead flat.

My fitbit blaze says it is dead flat  but on my samsung galaxy s6 phone it says fully charged. It was working fine but after showering it went to almost flat from fully charged. I have tried resetting it but get the same low battery symbol that blinks red but never charges

Hi, @Stormboy! Your battery indicator on your phone will only update after syncing with your tracker. I found that sometimes the Blaze doesn't seem to actually charge fully even though it indicates it has and will die very quickly. Another recharge usually takes care of it. In addition, it might not be a bad idea to try cleaning the contacts on both your tracker and the charger to make sure it's getting a better connection.
