Hi @Kostal
It's possible to download the Fitbit App for free from the official google play store. Afterwards you are able to login with your fitbit account to be able to sync your tracker, log foods, and more..
Fitbit doesn't require your phone number, it's not possible to add a phone number to the account.

Hey there @Kostal, welcome to the Community! Can you confirm if you are referring to Mobile Track option on the Fitbit app? This feature lets you use the Fitbit app without a Fitbit tracker by using your phone's sensors to track basic activity data including steps, distance, and calories burned.
I noticed that you are using a HTC M8, beginning in mid-May 2016, we'll no longer provide support for the MobileTrack feature on HTC One M8 mobile devices. Recently, Google and HTC made some changes that prevents the MobileTrack feature from functioning properly in the Fitbit app for Android on the HTC One M8 device. The focus of our efforts moving forward will be to provide MobileTrack on a larger number of newer Android mobile devices.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. I recommend using a Fitbit tracker to continue tracking your activity.
Let me know if you have any other question!
