My note 5 doesn't pair with my charge hr

I notice my log was not sync for 1 day... I click to sync and start saying tracker not found. I restart phone and my charge sync again... next day again no sync...I verify sync all day on and always connect on... I deleted app and reinstall... it seems to work... again no sync... I restarted charge... I deleted from app... I try to add it again but my phone don't recognized... I add on my pc and it recognize it and sync good... it just my phone does not recognized... I turn on and off the Bluetooth and my charge is not on the list ofor devices... what else I can do?
