My Sense will not stay connected to the android phone. It is very frustrating. My old Fitbit did a better job. I switched from a smart watch to Fitbit and have to say I am disappointed in my purchase.

You will also need Sense Controls for answering a call.
I would also restart the phone, then have someone call. If this works, then the issue is usually in power management.
