Every night at 11pm, my phone (Android 9, Pixel 2) tells me via the Fitbit app that it's time to go to sleep. That's great, I want it to keep doing that! But my phone is set to Do Not Disturb from 8pm, and every night the phone still beeps and vibrates, and sometimes I am already asleep.
It is extremely annoying. I don't want to turn off the reminder because sometimes I do need it! But nothing should be beeping or vibrating in Do Not Disturb mode unless I give it permission.
Here's some screenshots to show my settings. The first two are my general phone settings, and the last two are settings from in the Fitbit app.
The general Do Not Disturb settings on my phone
From my phone's general Settings
From Fitbit (but I think this is device notifications rather than phone notifications?)
The bedtime reminder settings via the app
I can't find any other settings that I might need to alter so that Fitbit doesn't make a sound or vibrate at night. Am I missing something? Any ideas? 😩

Android 9 is having some teething issues with do not disturb.....among other things. Unfortunately that's the price we pay for being the first to use it. I'm running it on a pixel as well. I'm not using dnd or syncing my Fitbit to my pixel until there's more time for Google and app developers (like fitbit) to fine tune things. If you want more info head over to the Android Central forums, they'll probably be able to help you more with the do not disturb settings 😉

Ahh it sounds like it will be ironed out if I wait then. I didn't realise Android 9 was so new, but it makes sense because when I checked my phone's OS I was like, "not nine point something point something, just... nine?"
Thank you! 🙂
