My "current weight" changes by itself to the wrong weight all the time?

Hey everyone, just purchased the Charge 4 and to be honest, I've had issues from the get go.

Everytime I go on the FitBit app, my current weight changes from my actual weight to a different one, and I have to change it everytime? Can anyone help me?

Also on my actual "personal" profile it changes to a certain weight automatically also? Which isnt even my weight? It also physically wont let me enter my actual weight!

So so so dissapointed so far, seems like a good community. Hoping ill get some answers before I get a refund.

Hi @LewisJ92 may I ask what phone the Fitbit app is on, since your asking about the app and not the phone?

Have your searched the board for the phone you have?

I'm using a Samsung s10.

I don't know how that will affect anything?.

The Fitbit app is changing my weight under the "Peronal" section on my profile and it won't let me enter my achual weight 12"10  stone. but only 12.9 and under? But even when i enter 12.9 as its the closest to 12.10 it automatically changes to 12.7?

Also on the "weight" section of the app I't changes to 12'13 automatically also?

I appreciate you're time and reply and if theres a fix for this it'll be greatly appreciated as I'm basically gunna give it back this week otherwise.

To keep things organized, I moved the question about the Android App out of the Charge 4 hardware support and into android support.

Does this change happen during a sync?
