@Dhirajchawla Welcome to the forums. Please excuse the delayed response. I appreciate you taking the time to reach out regarding the calorie and food log on the Fitbit app.
Please note that there was a general issue related to the food log. This has been resolved with the latest Fitbit app update (v3.63). If you are still experiencing the issue you described above, please be so kind to head to the app store in your smartphone and search for the Fitbit app. If there is an update available, please proceed to install it. You can then check if the custom food chart and calorie log are shown again in the Fitbit app.
Have a nice day!

I had the same issue after my app updated to 3.63 and I restarted my phone. I decided on a restart because there seemed to be no difference in functionality after the app updated. Every custom food I'd added to the app, and logged to my food logs, since I got version 3.59 had disappeared. see https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Android-App/Android-Fitbit-app-not-tracking-food-and-calories-intake... . What it appears is happening is that there is a forced sync of the custom foods upon initial 'restart' of the app at v 3.63, but it looks like it's from server to app only - so anything one has added & logged since v 3.59 was installed on your device simply vanishes. As that data only persisted on your Android device and nowhere else (because of the failure in the sync/upload to the servers), if it is gone it's going to stay gone. I lost about half of my daily foods that had been logged from the 21st May to the 12th July. Far from ideal but, as the saying goes...... 'it is what it is'

Thank you for understanding my dilemma..sorry to know your loss of
effort..lets wish it doesn't happen again..to have a Screenshot is better..
App builders have made this beautiful logging health app but they should
see to this and help record our efforts in some cloud..
Thank you
Wish you a happy and healthy life ahead..

Similarly, around that time, I noticed that the "recent foods" list was suddenly really unorganized. Seems like it's working better now. Whatever happened in the 3.60 update really seems to have messed things up!
