My "'xyz' calories over budget" figure keeps going up without me eating

Why does this happen? An hour ago I was 20 calories over budget now I'm about 60 or so...

@Benswin, based on history, Fitbit tries to calculate what you will burn for the rest of the day. As you approach the end, if you aren't as active as Fitbit thinks you would have been, that's when you start seeing the calories over budget increasing.
