My steps on friends leaderboard tab aren't updating.

I just walked about 7000 steps, but on my friends list my steps aren't syncing. My steps are syncing and updating on my dashboard, but not on the friends page leaderboard. Usually I have noticed a lag time of a few seconds when I open the friends tab, but it's been over an hour now and it still hasn't updated. This is odd.

Hello @Cheziem, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! I saw you are experiencing issues with the friends leaderboard step count. Have you tried to reset your Fitbit app?

 

Perhaps this will help you to update your step count in the leaderboard tab. So, proceed to try these steps: Log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app. Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.
