My tracker wont sync with my Fitbit Android app

My tracker for my fitbit Flex is not syncing to my android app as of 5:39 p.m. yesterday. I have a full battery and I have reset it and followed all other troubleshooting tips. When I try to sync it I get a message that says cannot connect to fitbit.com but my internet is working I turn on my GPS so I'm not sure what to do now,please help!

Welcome to our community @Lulubelle9904. It seems that you have already tried all the possible solutions here. My recommendation is to try a few more restarts, it may take several attempts to make it work. Also try to force quit the Fitbit app. If these steps are definitely not working, please contact customer support team. I'm sure they will be happy to help you, just make sure to mention all the steps you have tried so far.
