I even reinstalled app. App finds my fitbit but will not connect

Why are you trying to setup the tracker? 

Reinstalling the app doesn't remove the tracker from your account. 

Have you removed the tracker from your phones Bluetooth then restarted boy the phone and tracker.

Yes done all that nothing works Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
