I have a Galexy s8+ and have had it for a few months. I've also had a Fitbit watch for several years however this is the first time I've had a Fitbit not want to sync or pair to my phone. I have don't the trouble shooting and called customer service and it worked, then not even a week later, my fit bit stopped syncing. This never happened with my Charge HR and am totally confused on what to do to prevent myself from having to call CS every few days to fix it. Advice?

Hi there @chrystal_97, awesome to have new faces in the Fitbit Community, welcome aboard. I'm sorry for the late response and I'm wondering how it goes so far, is the issue still persisting?
Since you mentioned about contacting our Customer support, I'm sure they already sent you the following troubleshooting steps, so as a matter of review and confirm what you have tried, I'm going to share with you the following help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Also, there was a new version of the Fitbit app that you probably already have, however I would like to try these steps: Log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app. (This may vary depending of the Android device and the OS version)
Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.
I'll be around if you need more help.

I've had my versa since may, I've had no problems until this past week. It won't sync, I've restarted my versa, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, turned phone on and off and still won't sync. In the details of the fitbit app on the bug fixes it says nothing about their versa..
