Hello experts,

 

I get no more vibrations on my HR (after update of FW) when someone calls me.

I restartes it (reboot), removed from my Android app (Sony Z3) and re-linked it, but... stil not workgin.

Other vibrations (such as alarm) work fine.

 

What's wrong?

What can I do?

Hello there @P65! 

 

I'd like to take a closer look into your issue with the call notifications. Please answer the following questions:

- Are you getting any message on the Fitbit's screen whenever you get a call?

- What Android version is your Z3 running?

- Did the issue start just after the update, or out of nowhere?
