Best AnswerYou can sync the times through your dashboard to a speed/rest period that would best suit the needs of the individual. I found playing around and trial and error for this seemed to be the best. HIIT for running I just changed it from it's auto-created file to be 02.30 go, 01.00 rest and selected 20 repeats. Have a play in that setting and see if you can save yourself another app and do it directly that way.
