First my Fitbit charge2 hadn't synced to my phone in 6 days so deleted from my phone and try to download it back . It keep saying turn bluetooth off an back on to pair did it several times and now I can't get it added back on my ZTE Pro phone( still doesn't work ) .I miss my Fitbit Help me please someone.

At the moment the ZTE Pro is not on the compatibility list, this means that we can't guarantee that all of the features will work 100% of the time.
Having said that, as long as it fulfills the minimum requirements to sync, Android 4.4 or higher and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that the notifications will work correctly.
Some users have found that following these steps helps them to get phones not on the list to work. Please know that our team is aware of the need to add more devices and testing on some models is still pending

It's back working online an I'm Happy about it. Had to call customer service and he wslkwa me through.Thsnks to Fitbit for customer support ❤👍
