I just got a new Charge 4 and I am having trouble connecting to my new Samsung S20 Ultra. When I go to suet up the device in the app and click on the Charge 4 then click on the Set Up Your Fitbit Charge 4 button, the app just takes me back to beginning. I removed my Charge 2 from my S20 and tried again with the same unsuccessful results. I had no problem adding my Charge 2 back onto my S20. What do I need to do to be able to use my Charge 4?
