My fitbit wont pair with my phone. I have a samsung galaxy 4. The Bluetooth is on.

The Galaxy S4 should work as it's on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices

 

How are you trying to do the pair? Fitbits are unusual in that the pairing has to be done via the fitbit app and not via the phone bluetooth settings.
