Need to know more about the Charge 2 and Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo

For some reason the Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo isn't in the list of compatible devices, yet seems to tick all the boxes from the specs I've read directly from the Samsung site.

The phone can be upgraded to Marshmellow (6.0.1) Android, and has BT 4.1 LE, etc.

Has anyone actually used these two devices together?

Hello @FitnessNoob2016, welcome to the Community!  Exactly! the Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo it is not available on the list of compatible devices. So in this case, you can try to set it up/sync your tracker with that phone, by updating it to Marshmallow 6.0.1, however I can't guarantee that it is gonna work, because the list of Android phones is very long and takes a little bit more of time for our team to include all of them as compatible devices at the same time.

My wife ended up wanting a S3 instead, since it allows for even more features with the Charge 2. (Or so it seems anyways.)

Hey @FitnessNoob2016, thanks for your reply!   And the update. 😉 The Samsung Galaxy S3 is on the list of compatible devices. But let me ask you, is your wife able to sync the Charge 2 with that phone? I just want to make sure.
