The app says down for maintenance whenever I try to log in. I have checked settings for time and etc as stated on previous thread, un installed and re installed the app and rest the tracker 3-4 times and rebooted phone a few times but this still does nothing. Tracker is fully charged.
I am on Samsung galaxy s6, and my flex worked perfectly with it before. I haven't used the tracker for about a month so reinstalled the app.
I know fitbit.com is not down for maintenance as a friend is using her app as we speak.
Seems like on previous thread for this it just got dismissed which is pretty poor service when the guy was clearly frustrated he couldn't use his tracker. SAME HERE!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Fatclaire, hope you're doing great today! I'd recommend following the suggestions posted here to see if them do the trick for you too.
When reinstalling your app, are you making sure you're downloading the latest version? Have you tried syncing through another Android phone?
