New Charge 2 wont connect to Samsung Galaxy S6

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I got a Charge 2 for Christmas.  The screen only says fitbit.com/setup. It goes no further than that. I have paired it with my phone...says paired on my android but will only go as far as entering the 4 digit code then sends me back to troubleshoot everytime. Super bummed..would like to use it! Guess it goes back to the store!

Hi there @Idlegypsy, its nice you have joined to our Fitbit Community.

If your phone is running Version 6.0+. You need to have location services turned on for the Fitbit app has permission to access your location.

If this is not the issue please try the following suggestions:

  1. Turn your tracker off and back on using the instructions of the following post
  2. Try the setup process again. (If you need more help try this video)
  3. If you can't set up after a restart, reboot your mobile device (turn it off and then back on).
  4. Try setting up your tracker again.
  5. If you can't set up after the reboot, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app.

If you need more help, let me know. I'll be around.

Hello everyone and good to see you again @Sez123. If you are experiencing issues at the moment to sync give it a try to this post: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this).

About there is not one to get in touch, we have different channels of communication to assist our users. So let me know how it goes and I can help you to find the best way to communicate with our support team.

See you around!
